This 4 week program delivers 20 bite size physio led videos designed to promote regular movement and brain breaks. The program is made up of a combination of office friendly, on-the-go and at home based pilates sessions.

  • Week 1 Mat 01

    A good move session on the mat. A combination of mobility, core strengthening and glute burning. Exercises to lengthen and strengthen your body, you will finish this session feeling rejuvenated and aligned.

  • Week 1 - Office 02

    A Good Move session that can be done in an office swivel chair with wheels, or, alternatively, a dining chair. An office friendly or work from home session that is your perfect move break to leave you feeling re-energised.

  • Week 1 - Standing 03

    A good move session up on your feet with exercises to incorporate weight bearing and mobility. The perfect antidote to a day of sitting, you will finish the move session feeling re-energised and balanced.

  • Week 1 - Chair 04

    A good move session to be accompanied with a dining chair (no wheels). A combination of chair exercises to tone, strengthen and mobilise. You will finish the session feeling nimble and reset.
